Returns
We accept returns on items that are in their original, unused condition with all original packaging intact.
- Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
- Condition: Items must be returned in the same condition as you received them.
- Process: To start a return, please contact us at support@kedrux.shop with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to send the item back to us.
- Return Shipping: Unless the item is defective or incorrect, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification.
- Approval: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
- Currency: All refunds are issued in USD (United States Dollars). Please note that exchange rate fluctuations are handled by your financial institution and are outside of our control.
- Late/Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account or credit card company statement first, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different color or style, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the incorrect item, please contact us at support@kedrux.shop within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photos of the item and the packaging so we can resolve the issue immediately.
